At Advantage Banya & Saunas we take pride in building premium sauna systems designed to meet each customer’s specifications. Because many of our products are built to order, our refund and return policies are structured accordingly.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Indoor Saunas – Final Sale
All indoor sauna units are built to order and are considered custom-manufactured products.
For this reason:

All indoor sauna sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once an order is confirmed.

Orders may not be canceled after production has commenced.
Customers are responsible for verifying:

Installation space dimensions
-
Ceiling height and doorway clearance
-
Electrical requirements and compatibility
-
Access pathway for delivery
We strongly encourage contacting us prior to purchase if you have any uncertainty regarding specifications or installation requirements.
Outdoor Saunas
Outdoor sauna policies may vary depending on the model and level of customization.
Because most outdoor units are custom-built:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Final payment obligations remain binding once materials are allocated.
If your outdoor unit arrives damaged in transit, please refer to the Shipping & Damage section below.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure production scheduling, material allocation, and manufacturing resources.
Once paid, deposits cannot be refunded unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Order Changes
Modification requests must be submitted in writing.
Changes may:

Affect pricing

Delay production timelines
-
Require additional payment
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Freight Damage
All saunas are inspected prior to shipment.
If your order arrives with visible freight damage:

Note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

Take clear photos immediately.
-
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage within 24 hours may void damage claims.
We will assist in filing a freight claim where applicable.
Warranty Claims (Not Refunds)
Product defects are handled under our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage does not constitute grounds for a refund but may include:

Replacement parts

Repair guidance

Manufacturer-supported component replacement

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Modified or special-order configurations

Electrical components once installed

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in:

Submission of signed agreements and policy acknowledgment

Collection procedures if applicable
